The 22,000 square foot Student Center at Catawba Valley Community College underwent renovation to include a bookstore, cafe, dining area, musical performance area, movie presentation area, reading and study area, student government offices and conference space, career center including offices and conference/training room, classroom, and support space. Ross & Witmer installed a Trane Intellipak 70 ton rooftop unit to keep the students and faculty comfortable year-round.
